Daniela is the Co-Founding Partner of Palm Venture Studios, a network of venture studios across the US that invest in and support a portfolio of “stuck” early-stage startups.
As a professional facilitator, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, culture-making organizations and venture-backed startups in 35+ countries to improve team and organizational performance, especially during urgent change.
For over a decade, Daniela has built methods and programs that actively improve leaders and teams’ abilities to think clearly and creatively in complexity while collaborating more effectively in achieving outcomes.
