You are a leader of a team, organization or family business and you are creating new products, services or events. You face thousands of choices. When building something original, all the possible directions and decisions can be overwhelming. As a strategic thought-partner, I work with you through a systematic process to ideate, execute, and engage the right people to move your vision into action.
Consulting includes three pillars:
We clarify what’s at the heart of the matter: your intent, vision, values, objectives and key results. We identify the relationships, roles and roadmap to move you forward.
We facilitate strategic meetings (leadership offsites, stakeholder interviews, corporate summits) designed for maximum participation and the highest possible result.
Community does not just happen, it requires intentional design. We focus on the structures of belonging for people to feel included and inspired in your mission and a shared future.
