About Daniela

A leadership coach, strategist, experience designer and facilitator, Daniela helps people cultivate body intelligence to upgrade decision-making and creativity.

Daniela is the founder of The Future of Feminine, an international program designed for people of all genders to explore notions that limit their expression and embody their innate leadership.

Daniela holds a master’s degree in intermodal arts consulting and coaching from the European Graduate School in Switzerland and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bard College of New York.  She is a certified Integrative Health Coach and certified teacher of the movement meditation practice 5Rhythms®.

Through her unique integration of cognitive psychology, movement art, integrative health and mindfulness, Daniela’s in-person facilitation work has mobilized over ten thousand people across five continents.

As a strategic facilitator, experience designer, and community architect, I guide leaders and teams to ideate, collaborate and innovate. From corporate conferences to executive offsites, I design and deliver next-level programs that connect humans to each other, the content, and your organization. I work predominately with high-growth startups, culture-change organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Clients include Facebook, IDEO, Eileen Fisher, Splash and the United Nations.

In places where people ordinarily get stuck, I get things moving. I have a Masters is in intermodal arts consulting and coaching from the European Graduate School and a Bachelors in the psychology of play from Bard College. I’m a Certified Teacher of 5Rhythms®, a movement meditation practice I’ve been studying for 20+ years. My secret passion is to DJ, freestyle and mobilize dance parties at festivals and events around the world.
